22 February 1721: Disposition by Allan Cameron of Glendessary to John Cameron, his son, of the 6 pennyland of Achibeg and Ardness, the 2 pennyland of Gwolchelis, the 4 pennyland of the Two Achaforsis, the 3 pennyland of Auchnagaune, the 2 pennyland of Inninbeg, the 1 pennyland of Arienas, the 1 pennyland of Corrosmiddle, the 2 1/2 pennyland of Clounlaid and the 2 1/2 pennyland of Corivaine, extending in all to a 12 merkland, as also the 16s 8d land of Knock of old extent and 1/2 merkland of Acharn, all in the parish of Morvern, following on the provision under the contract of marriage with Christian Cameron, his spouse, to provide for their heirs male but reserving the liferent use of these lands to himself and to his wife.
