Married Daniel Henrie, 29 Oct 1849

OBITUARY: The Manti Messenger, Saturday 14 March 1903:
Amanda Henrie, wife of Daniel Henrie of this city was called to her Eternal Home last Saturday, March 7th, 1903, after a lingering illness. Deceased was the daughter of Bishop George W. Bradley and Betsy Kroll. She was born in Clarence, Erie county in the State of New York on January 15th 1829. While quite young she moved with her parents to Nauvoo, Ill., where she joined the Mormon church, and in 1849, while yet residing there she married Daniel Henrie. In 1850 Mrs. Henrie, husband and parents came to Manti, where they experienced all the trials and tribulations of the early Pioneer days.

Mrs. Henrie was the mother of fourteen children, eleven of whom and her husband survive her. She was a splendid mother and to say that she was a good woman is putting it mildly.

Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon in the Council House and a throng of people was present to show their respect to deceased. The speakers who paid high tributes to the life of Mrs. Henrie had lead and offered words of consolation to the bereaved wre President Lewis Anderson, Pres. Henry Beal, George Bench, Pres. John B. Maiben, Counsellor G. A. Iverson, Bishop Wm. T. Reid and Bishop Hans Jensen.
