Amanda Pratt

Mrs. Amanda J. Pratt, age 87 died Sept. 14, 1948 at the home of her daughter Mrs Lillie Hance at Route 1 Bono. Mrs. Pratt was born Oct. 4, 1860 in Indiana. She had lived most of har life in Randolph Co., but had recently made her home with her daughter in Bono. She was preceded in death by her first husband James Fondran and her second husband Preston A. Pratt; 4 sons and 1 daughter. She is survived by 3 daughters Mrs. Maude Fondran Blansett of Pocahontas Mrs. Lillie Pratt Hance of Bono and Mrs. Gracie Pratt Tucker of Pocahontas; 1 son George A. Fondran of Pocahontas; several grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Shiloh Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Shiloh Cem.
