Funeral Services for Mrs. Wellman Held Monday
Funeral services for Mrs. Amy B. Wellman, wife of Frederick Wellman and who died at her home on North Main Street on Friday night, were held at the Hotchkiss Funeral home at 2:30 o'clock Monday afternoon. Rev. Peter A. Macdonald officiating.
Burial was in the Hillside cemetery.
Born in Canton, July 26, 1889, the daughter of the late Burton and Elizabeth (Case) Bristol, the deceased came to Thomaston about 20 years ago.
Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Luella Norton of Walcott, Miss Ruth Wellman of this town; four brothers,
Richard Bristol of Winsted; Mortimer, Raymond and Russell; a sister, Mrs. Gerald Wagner, all
of Canton Center and a granddaughterof Wolcott.
The bearers were Gerald Wagner, Canton Center; Henry Curtiss, Kenneth Curtiss, John Winters, Peter Morton, and Alfred Dailey.
