Anastasios (Tatsis) Paxinos, Paros

Anastasios came to live in Ithaca in early 1950s or late 1940s. He came with his wife, daughter and son. The children stayed many years in Greece. They eventually went back to Australia where they still live.

Nancy was an Australian National.

Anastasios was born in the same year as his sister died.

Anastasios [Tatsis] was born in the same year that his sister, Spyridoula died.

He named his daughter in memory of his sister.

Anastasios and Nancy left Melbourne in the early 1950s or late 1940s to go and live in the patriko spiti [ancestral home] in the Parata which is between Stavros and Frikes. They stayed there with their young children, Spyridoula and Panayiotis [Peter] for many years.
