Anders Kristiansen

Born at Tangen, Vikersund Anders early got interest for fishing in the rivers around Vikersund. He was locally known as an expert fisherman. Trout was his favour and he had several records of the biggest catched fishes in the Modum area. Anders was an mining/dynemite expert. He worked country wide on new road and railway projects. During the world war II he illegally assisted the home front with his expertice in the fights against the germans. He only had a short affair with Alice Roland which resulted in Kåre Kristiansen Roland. Anders had his base at Tangen, Vikersund for his whole life. Here he bulit on his own a wooden lumber house - close to the Drammenselven river, where he spent thousands of hours with his main hobby - fishing.
