1761 Will of John Lowry and wife Elizabeth to John Moore and wife Elizabeth (Duncan); son William Lowry, dtr Rebeckah Lowry, sons John and Robert; p 137; 1762 Andrew Duncan 's will was refused to be executed, with Andrew Russell and John Moore; the Lowry debty to William Parris to Ireland in the next paragraph is likely the reason and the Oath of Loyalty likely coming into play.
