In Ceylon. Pa was working in the Ceylon Government Railways as a Locomotive Driver, the old Steam Trains, how lovely... Also my other Grandfather Bertil Foenander was also in the Railways as a guard, where l suppose they met, or even knew each other earlier
In November 1955 my Grandfather/pa came out to Australia with my father on the same ship, as he did not want to come by himself. My other Grandfather and his daughter Audrey was already in Australia
My Grandparents lived by the sea, Carrum, Bonbeach and Chelsea, till 1981 when he passed away
