Obituary: St. Cloud Times, St Cloud, Minnesota, 31 May 1965 Andrew Pratschner, 81, Albany, Minn., died Saturday at the St. Cloud Hospital. He was born Sept. 12, 1883 in North Dakota. Mr. Pratschner farmed 64 years N.E. of Albany. He was married to Anna Hofmann, Oct 29, 1912. He was preceded in death by his parents, the late Mr. and Mrs.[Elizabeth Leitner] Michael Pratschner. Surviving are his widow and 12 children: Mrs. Arthur [Rosemond] Harren, Morris; Mrs. James [Agnes] Judge, New York City; Mrs. Victor [Anna] Schwinghammer, Padua; Sister Rosaire O.S.B., Red Lake; Mrs. Leroy [Betty] Fuchs, Mrs. Lawrence [Mary] Wicklander, Florence Pratschner and Richard, Minneapolis; and Mrs. Victor [Joan] Krebs, Joseph, Andrew and John, Albany. Also survivng is one sister, Mother Rosemond, O.S.B., St. Cloud. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. from Seven Dolors Church, Albany, with burial in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the Schaefer Funeral Home, Albany. St. Joseph's Society will pray the rosary today at 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

Note: Andrew's father was born in Austria, Germany or Hungary. He moved his family to Albany from North Dakota where his wife had died.
