Andrew Stewart was born circa 1672.1 He was the son of Robert Stewart and Anne Moore.2 He married Eleanor Dallway, daughter of Robert Dallway .1 He died in 1715.1
He died intestate and his estate was administered on 20 April 1722.3
He succeeded as the 7th Baron Castle Stuart, of co. Tyrone [I., 1619] in March 1685/86, de jure.1 He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Stewart [N.S., 1628] in March 1685/86, de jure.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Tyrone in 1704.1 He lived at Irry, County Tyrone, Ireland.
Andrew Stewart married Eleanor Dailway in 1696 in Ireland. She was the daughter of Robert Dailway of Bellahill (d. 10 Jan 1699) and his wife Leticia.

Andrew, the son [of Robert Stewart and Anne Moore], married Elinor, eldest daughter of Robert Dallway of Bellahill in the county of Antrim, Esq. and by her had Robert his heir; Dallway, who died without issue; Alexander, who married two wives, and by his [Alexander] second wife, Mary, daughter of Hugh Kennedy of Cultraw, in the county of Down, Esq. had an only son, John, who married Anne, daughter of John Agnew of the county of Antrim, Esq. and had issue one son, Alexander Stewart; James the youngest son died without issue.
