Andrew, Henry, Marie, and Bertha, and John Eide. Notes from Employment event: "Thorsnes began working with glass in 1916. In 1927 he opened the Glass Shop."

Notes from Retirement event: "Operation of the Glass Shop has been taken over by Thorsnes' son Frank. Frank has been with his father since 1945. Retirement plans of Mr. and Mrs. Thorsnes include a leisurely trip across the US and a flying trip to Norway."

According to his daughter, Barbabra, Andrew Thorsnes came to America in December 1904 with his brother Anders Paulus, also known as Andrew Ness. They came to America on the ship Camusen through the port of Boston. Andrew went on to California and was never heard from again. Marie Hansen and her sister Berthe were on the same ship but they did not meet at that time.

He was a carpenter, and later opened a glass business in Astoria,Oregon which was later passed to his son Frank.
