Arrived VDL on 4th Sept. 1834 on the ship, Edward. She started her voyage as one of 151 female convicts. Ticket of leave--- granted 28th Sept, 1840 Conditional pardon ---- granted 7th Dec.1842 Granted permission to marry---1st Dec.1837

Ann was convicted of stealing money at the Somerset Quarter Sessions on 30 Dec. 1833 and sentenced to 14 years transportation (The record appears to show this as her age, but not so); she left Woolwich, with 151 other female convicts, aboard the "Edward" arriving in Hobart 4 Sep. 1834. Sentenced to 14 years transportation

Granted permission to marry Isaac Boxall, a convict from the "Isabella" in 1837
