About Ann McGehee

Thomas' wife is widely reported as Mary Mumford, but records indicate Mary was instead the mother-in-law of Thomas' son Edward. This leaves Ann Bastrop (Baytop?) by default. I believe Ann's name may have been recorded as Baytop in confusion between her and Ann Baytop Scott, who married a much later McGee.
