Ann Mc Condochie (1946 - 2004)

Brief overview:

Ann (58), was shot dead and her husband, John Mc Killop was shot in the leg during an invasion of at least two assailants at their house in Vosman Cas, near Witbank, Mpumalanga on 24th May 2004.

Superintendent Izak van Zyl said they were attacked when John went outside after hearing the dogs barking. He heard his wife screaming and calling for him.

Mc Condochie was outside investigating when he heard his wife screaming and calling him. He walked into the kitchen and was shot in the right leg. As he fell to the ground he and saw another man shooting his wife in the head. Anne was shot in the left eye and died.

John managed to crawl to his domestic workers house and called the police. John was taken to Witbank Hospital.

Spt. Van Zyl said a preliminary investigation revealed the attackers cut through a security fence above a concrete wall to gain entry to the premises.
