Mrs. Mary Anne (nee Ripley) Zollman was the daughter of Matthias & Barbara Ripley and the wife of William Zollman of 1786-1834.
William Zollman married Mary Anne Ripley on Dec. 19, 1809 in Fincastle, VA.
They were the parents of

3) William {b. April 8, 1815}
4) Eliza Jane {b. May 26, 1817}
5) Patsy Ann {b. May 12, 1819}
6) Alexander {b. March 17, 1821}
7) Adam {b. March 27, 1823}
8) Charles Beale {b. March 26, 1825}
9) James {b. February 22, 1828}
10) Margaret Catherine {b. April 19, 1830}
11) Madison {b. January 30, 1832}
From Wilbur B. Zollman's book of the Zollmans of Virginia:
William and Mary Anne are said to have lived on the Galbraith Farm near Natural Bridge until about 1816 when they moved to a farm about five miles south of Lexington, Virginia on Buffalo Creek. They established a grist mill, gun shop, carding mill and a distillery.
