About Anna Kleinman
Anna Benz was born in Weiningen Switzerland, near Zurich, on 28 May 1836. After joining the church, she immigrated to America and came to Utah in 1855 in the Richard Ballantyne Company.
She married Conrad Kleinman in Salt Lake City on 8 Feb 1857, apparently at the same time he married his second wife. Anna was considered the third wife. She had thirteen children.
She lived with Conrad in Lehi, Toqerville, and Mesa, where she died, 8 Dec 1908.
In 1859, her parents and younger sister immigrated from Switzerland, travelling to Utah with an 1860 company. Her sister, Regula, married Conrad's half-brother John Conrad Naegle.
