Anna (59), was found on her bed, strangled, with a gunshot wound to the head, by her son Ignatius "Tossie", on 23rd December 2004.

Next to her, he found three empty liquor bottles. The content of a wardrobe had been emptied out on the floor. She was alone at the time as her husband, Nic, was in town at the time, and police were called. Police found signs of a possible struggle in the kitchen.
