Anna Elisabetha Wagner was born near Plankstadt, Karlsruhe, Baden, Germany, and emigrated with her husband Daniel Levent to Philadelphia in 1727.They settled in Maxatawny Township, Berks County. She died sometime shortly before 1740.
Children:
There is a US and International Marriage Index record describing a marriage between Daniel Levent and an "Anna" occurring sometime in 1735 in Pennsylvania. Daniel's birth year recorded as 1714; Anna's recorded as 1716 in this record. However, this is based on pedigrees and may not be accurate for that reason.
There is a marriage recorded in Plankstadt, Baden that is probably the correct one, and has Daniel Levent and Anna Elisabetha Wagnerin marrying in January 1727.
Elisabetha Wagner was the first wife of Daniel Levan.
They married in Germany in 1727 prior to emigrating to Pennsylvania.
Elisabetha (nee Wagner) Levan apparently died about 1741 in Pennsylvania leaving several children.
Her husband then remarried. Daniel Levan was married twice. Elisabetha Wagner(in) was his 1st wife.
Daniel Levan's 2nd wife was Susanna Siegfried. The second marriage by Daniel Levan was in Pennsylvania about 1742.
Research Note: The 'in' suffix on the end of the Wagner family name for Elisabetha in the original record denotes female in a German record.
