About Anna McEathron
Note: Honorable Alexander Livingston, b June 1769, remembered meeting Anna (McDonald) McEachern when the latter was walking from her homestead, located at the head of Cossayuna Lake (sometimes called McEachron Lake), to visit her sister Mary (McDonald) McNaughton. In Gaelic, he called her "little grandmother" because she was a smaller woman than his grandmother McNaughton. From this, we may deduce that she was alive about 1774.
