Brian Pendleton married Anna WILCOX, daughter of William WILCOX and Dorothy PALMER, on 11 Mar 1725 in 1st Church of Stonington, Stonington, New London Co., Conn.. Anna was born 14 Jun 1700 in Stonington, New London Co., Connecticut.

They had the following children:

• 231 M i John PENDLETON was born 26 Sep 1727 in Westerly, Kings Co., Rhode Island. John married Jane FRINK.
• 232 M ii Nathan PENDLETON was born 3 Dec 1729 in Westerly, Kings Co., Rhode Island.. 88. Nathan, b. 3 Dec 1729; no further record of Nathan has been found. It is not unlikely that he was the Nathan Pembleton of Goshen, Orange Co., NY, 1775, ancestor of the Pembleton family of that county.
• 233 F iii Anna PENDLETON was born Mar 1731 in Westerly, Kings Co., Rhode Island. 89. Anna, b. March, 1731, or 26 March, 1732 (two records); m. John Frink. Anna married John FRINK.
• 234 M iv Caleb PENDLETON was born 1 Dec 1734 in Westerly, Kings Co., Rhode Island. Caleb married Hannah CLOSSON.
• 235 M v Abel PENDLETON died 1758.. 92. Abel, d. 1758, in the French and Indian War. The New London Conn., Probate records (Book 6, p. 72), show that on the 11th July 1758, John Pendleton of Groton, with Caleb Pendleton as surety, was apptd. admr. on estate of Abel Pendleton, his brother, late of Stonington, dec. "Aug. 14, 1759, John Pendleton, Admr. on the estate of Abiel Pendleton, late of Stonington, Dec. appd in this Court & Exbd and Inventory of all the Estate of said Dec. which he could find, viz. 20 pounds, 4s, 11d. old Tenr. recd. of the Comtee of Warr in Rhode Isl Govermet, being the Bale due to him said Decd for his Watges as a Soldier iee: som afored is worth 22/6 Lawful Money. Said Administrator also Exhd an Acct. of his payment of a Debt due from said decd as also Allwoence for his own trouble amounting to the afore sum of Lawful Money. Viz 22/6 which is allowed and on file" (Ibid., vi,95). Abel was evidently unmarried.
• 236 F vi Content PENDLETON was born 9 May 1742 in Colchester, New London Co., Connecticut. Content married Daniel LAMB Jr..
• 237 F vii Hannah PENDLETON was born 1744 in Colchester, New London Co., Connecticut. Hannah married Collins BROWN.
