Anna Mae Thibodeaux

This is my grandmaw, we lived across the bayou from her. My great grandfather had 13 children, he purchased each child a track of land. Each house was practically in a line down point-aux-chene, the grandkids were given property on lafourche parish side of the road. My grandmaw also died of lupus. She attended church weekly at saint Barromow church, & keep up the garden daily. They grew corn,okra,cucumbers, tomatoes, potatoes, green beans,butter beans,peanuts, field peas, squash & bell peppers. Maw maw was the only grandmother I knew, my dad's mom died before I was born. I would be the fourth grandchild of anna. She passed away unexpectedly, when I was in high school ,age 15.

  I loved her and miss her
