Anne Marie Gaudet was born about 1689 to Jehan Gaudet and Jeanne Henry.≤ref name=DGFA />
She first wed Claude Lejeune dit Briard, son of Martin Lejeune and the late Marie Kagigonius of Port Maltois on 14 September 1705 at Port Royal.
