Anne Judkins (Champion) was born on January 1, 1685 in Surry, Virginia, United States. Her parents were Benjamin Edward Champion, Sr. and Priscilla Champion (Moore). She is listed by her married name in her father's will.

Anne married Samuel Judkins, of Southwark Parish in 1705 in Surry, , Virginia, USA. Together they had the following three known children:

1. Samuel Judkins;
2. Ann Champion (Judkins);
3. Sarah Holt (Judkins).

Her will was dated December 12, 1756, and probated on March 15, 1757, at Surry County, Virginia, W.B.
