About Anne 'Nancy' McFadyen
2nd wife of Archibald McFadyen, 12 Aug 1806.
Daughter of James McNeill of Rockfish Creek (1732-ca. 1805) and his wife Elizabeth (née McNeill) McNeill (1739-1814). Anne "Nancy" was the youngest of nine daughters and three sons. She is the only named daughter in James's will of 1801.
DIED, On Upper Little River, in this county, on the 1st inst. aged about 45 years, Mrs. Nancy McFadyen, consort of Mr. Archiband McFadyen. A large number of relatives and friends deplore the death of this estimable lady.
