Anna Bradley was born November 16, 1669 in Guilford, New Haven County, Connecticut to Esther Griswold Bradley and Nathan Bradley.

She married Jonathan Murray on July 17, 1688 by Andrew Leete in Guilford, Connecticut. Anne and Jonathan had nine children. Jonathan died in Guilford August 27, 1747 and is buried beside his wife, Anne in the old Hammonassett Cemetery.
