Antoine Louis Juchereau Duchesnay married Marie Louise Fleury de la Gorgendière at Deschambault, Lower Canada, on February 11, 1793

The couple had seven children, three sons and four daughters (three of the girls died in childhood)

The Honourable Mr. Juchereau Duchesnay died suddenly at his manor-house in Beauport, one day before his 58th birthday. At his funeral, most of the members of the Lower Canadian legislature were present, and the Archbishop of Quebec, Joseph-Octave Plessis, gave the final tribute
