Antonette Caroline Fredrikke Lovise Fogth (Berge)

Julius Fogth became a student in 1861. After several years as a teacher in Fredrikshald, Eker and Boen near Kristiansand, he spent a couple of years at sea due to his health. In 1875 he obtained his theological degree and started teaching in Tromsø high school, first as form master, later as lecturer. He was made headmaster in 1900. According to the 1900 Census Julius was living at Solheim Øvre 119, Tromsøysund with his wife and children Dagny (schoolgirl), Marie (schoolgirl), Jan (schoolboy), Kristian (Schoolboy), Johannes and Leif and two housemaids Helga Nilsen (born 1874, Tromsø) and Anna Olsen (born 1883, Tromsø) as well as three pupils Magnhild Olsen (born 1885, Borge Lofoten Nor), Marta Helberg (born 1885, Karlsø), and Constance Holmboe (born 1885, Tranø). In 1902 he went to Stavanger where he stayed till 1912 and then moved to Oslo.
