Antonio Puchalt Manrique

Julio says: Tony was my father’s older brother. He was drafted into the Republican Army during the Spanish civil war. Ended up having to cross the border into France, he was a prisoner of the Germans when they invaded France, escaped and fought underground with the French resistance. After the liberation he became a French citizen.
