Arline East Gary, of Richmond, was reunited with her husband, Edwin Ellsworth Gary, and the Lord on August 5, 2009. She was born February 2, 1915.

They were married 72 years and are survived by daughters, Dianne G. Melick and Cheryl G. Cox; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Their ashes will be combined and dispersed in a private ceremony on November 27, 2009.
