Who was his father? He was born in 1866, and his mother, Emma Kneller, names his father as Thomas on the birth certificate. However, Thomas Kneller died in 1861, and could not have been Arthur's father. Was he the son of Thomas Kneller (b.1845) who also married an Emma?
