Jan 13, 1706 (H:56); dau. of Simon Dow and Mehitable Green (F:13). In the town records of Salisbury, Mehitable, wife of Asa, is given both as Mehitable Dow and Mehitable Page. This confusion arose from the fact that her mother, Mehitable (Green) Dow, married as her second husband, Onesiphorus Page in 1711 (F:13) His death is alternately listed as 1776. There is no tombstone photo on FindAGrave to support either date. His sons Isaac, David, Benjamin and Stephen all served during the American Revolution. His sons Asa and Simon were also patriots, having signed the Association Test. His daughter Sarah married Moses Heath who served during the American Revolution. Sources
