v Joseph III, Dec. 2, 1721; d. before Oct. 28, 1746, when a quitclaim was drawn on his estate by his brothers and sisters in favor of the brother George. All except Asahel were present. Joseph III is said to have died at Cape Breton {History of Enfield).

July 1742, Wallingford, Conn.; res. for a time in Somers. His wife’s name was Mary; she was admitted to communion in the church in Enfield, Conn., Oct. 9, 1740.
