Asberine H Blackwood

Asberine, the daughter of Uriah and Mary (Hammett) Posey, was married to James F. Davis in MO in 1848. Their children were: Andrew Jackson (1848 – 1925), George Washington (1850), James Knox Polk (1852), Julia (1858 - 1901).

James died in Newton County, AR in 1860.

Asberine's second marriage was to to James Milton Blackwood in Newton Co,AR on May 14, 1862.

They had two children, Milton Early (1867 – 1930) and Hezekiah in 1871.
