INFORMATION FROM HER FUNERAL SERVICE PROGRAM: "She married John Foster in Providence, Kentucky and they had a son, Andrew. When her husband died she and young Andrew moved to Murray, Kentucky to be with her parents. On December 26, 1929, she married John B. Meadows, a widower with a daughter, Lu Bernice also deceased. The family moved to Evansville and she worshipped at the Church of Christ which met on Judson Street before it moved to its present Line Street location. Foe a period of time she did not attend the Chuch of Christ but her love for the Lord and His true word influenced her to return to the Church of Christ around 1975. She was restored at the Washington Avenue congregation where she was faithful until her death. She was so thankful that her husband also obeyed the gospel on November 8, 1928, and was faithful until his death. They were married 54 years when he peacefully departed this life on April 24, 1983. // In the community e
