Mrs. Augusta Lilla, 329 Chatfield street, died Monday at 10:10 p. m. at her home after a three months illness. Mrs. Lilla, who was 69 years of age, was born in Pine Creek, Wis. March 10, 1863. She had resided here for 50 years.
Survivors are two sons, Frank at home and Paul, Winona; three daughters, Mrs. John Szcepanski, Mrs. Felix Bambenek, Winona, and Sally, at home; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Rudnik, and Mrs. Frank Levinski, Winona, and Mrs. Anna Zabiniasz, Courtney. N. D., and 12 grandchildren. Her husband, Joseph Lilla, died eight years ago. Mrs. Lilla was a member of the Holy Rosary society of the St. Stanislaus church. Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 9 a. m. at the St. Stanislaus church, the Rev. Joseph F. Cieminski officiating. Preliminary services will be conducted at the home at 8:30 a. m. Burial will be In St. Mary's cemetery.
