William II, Count of Eu, feudal baron of Hastings[1] (died about 1095)[1] was a first generation Anglo-Norman nobleman, Count of Eu and rebel.
William married twice:[1]
- Firstly to Beatrice de Builli, daughter of Roger I de Builly (d. circa 1098/1100), feudal baron of Tickhill in Yorkshire[1] and sister and heiress of Roger II de Builli.[1] By this first wife he had one son:[4]
- Henry I, Count of Eu, feudal baron of Hastings (d. 1140).[1]
- Secondly to Helisende d'Avranches, daughter of Richard le Goz, Viscount of Avranches, and sister of Hugh d'Avranches, Earl of Chester (d. 1101).[b][1]

- 1.2 Roger de Busli II b. ca. 1095 (heir to the Honour of Tickhill from his father) No children d. 1101 After his father’s death Roger II became a ward of Robert de Belesme but he d. a minor and Belesme attempted to hold the de Busli land as his own; he then rebelled against the King but was defeated and the King took the Honour of Tickhill into his own escheat.
