John Bryson younger, is the son of John Bryson and his wife Margaret Hill. He was born before 11 November 1632, the date upon which his baptism was registered at Glasgow in Lanarkshire, Scotland. [National Records of Scotland, Glasgow Baptisms, reference OPR.644/1]

John Bryson was a Merchant in Glasgow. He was enrolled as a burgess and guild brother of Glasgow on 20 May 1658, having been admitted in right of being his father's eldest son. Glasgow Burgesses: 155

Death
