Barbara Lee Thompson, 54, of Linton, died at 12:15 p.m. October 27, at Glenburn Rest Haven nursing home.
She was born June 30, 1934, in Daviess County, the daughter of Squire and Irene Shake Bedwell.
She was a factory worker and member of Frank Courtney American Legion Auxiliary, Eagles Auxiliary and Women of the Moose.
Survivors include her parents of Linton; three sons, Rickie Thompson of Sandborn, Robert Joe and David Wayne Thompson, both of Linton; three sisters, Bessie Fyfe of Palm Bay, FLa., Evelyn Graniti of Sandborn and Margaret Sheldon of Sullivan; two brothers, Arnold Bedwell of Oklahoma and Ronald Bedwell of Bucktown; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one sister.
Funeral services were 2 p.m. October 29 at Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel with the Rev. Homer Summitt officiating. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery.
