Barrah bint Abdul Uzza (Arabic: برة بنت عبد العزى‎) ibn Uthman ibn Abd-al-Dar ibn Qusai ibn Kilab[1] (of the Banu Abd ad-Dar[2]) was the maternal grandmother of Islamic prophet Muhammad.

The mother of Barrah was Um Habib bint Asad ibn Abd-al-Uzza ibn Qusai ibn Kilab[3] and her father was Abdul Uzza ibn Othman ibn Abd-al-Dar ibn Qusai. Therefore, Barrah's mother and father were second cousins. Moreover, Barra was a cousin of Khadija (first wife of the Prophet Muhammad) since her mother, Um Habib, was a sister of Khadija's father, Khuwaylid ibn Asad. Furthermore, the mother of Um Habib was Barrah bint Awf[4] ibn Abid ibn Awij ibn Adiy ibn Ka'ab ibn Lu'ay ibn Ghalib;[5] this was the maternal grandmother of Barrah bint Abdul Uzza.

Wahb's great-grandfather was Zuhrah ibn Kilab, the progenitor of the Banu Zuhrah clan[2] of the Quraysh tribe in Mecca.[1] His mother Qaylah (Hind) bint Wajz Ibn Ghalib of Banu Khuza'a.[3] His brother was Wuhayb ibn 'Abd Manaf.[4]

Wahb was married to Barrah bint Abdul Uzza of the Banu Abd ad-Dar clan of the Quraysh tribe. Wahb's chief wife, Barrah bint Abdul Uzza, was a great-granddaughter of Qusayy, and his other wife was Rughaybah bint Zurarah ibn Addas, one of the eminent women of Yathrib (Medina). His son, Abdu Yaghuth, was himself a notable chief.[4]
