About Baruch Leib Ziants/Zayats
There probably is not a definite answer to this without further evidence, and that is whether any of the following record set indexes from Jewishgen refer to Baruch Leib in this profile. Update: we already have further evidence concerning 1897 census as the name of at least two grandsons of Baruch Leib's was Moshe. Also we know that the family were from Bielsk.
1) Extracts of the Jewish Records in the 1897 All Russian Census Last Updated December 2015

ZAYATS Gitla 28 Ovsei wife Branska Zayats Borukh Moshka 1 Belsk Bransk Botski man mainttenance Botski Belsk
ZAYATS Leya 22 Borukh daughter Branska Zayats Borukh Moshka 1 Belsk Bransk Botski with parents Botski Belsk (The age of the wife does not resonate with that of daughter and this is possibly a mis-transcription of the wife's age.)
2) From Polish records in Bialystok, we found marriage of Elija son of Baruch Leib, and am comfortable in ascertaining that that he is brother of Mordechai. They called their son like Mordechai called his son Moshe (the paternal grandfather of David Ziants who is writing this) . This very much gives evidence that Moshe was named after a family member.
We also know from oral family history that family were originally from Bielsk, and although this was understood in conjunction to the family of Mordechai's wives (two sisters - he married Alka after Keila Raizel died), it was said in a way that the ZIANTS family were originally from there as well. This gives credence that the 1897 census family is this family and the dates of birth correlate with the timeline.
3) There is probably either a son Moshe or nephew Moshe and grandson or great-nephew Gavriel:-
Surname Given Name Year Type Akta Father
ZAIONC Gawryjel 1899 B 35 Mowsza
4) This could very much be our Baruch Leib son of Moshe who in 1907 lives in Gombin,Warsaw:-

ZAJONC, Baruch Mojzes 1907 Owner 251 Gombin Warszawa
5) And maybe this is him mentioned in Gabin Yizkor book, page 251:-

6) The below obviously could not be the Baruch who was registered in 1897 census (also father Moshe) as he died 1855
Surname Given Name Year Type Akta District Father
ZAJONC Jdzk 1852 B 2 Kupiski (birth) Berek Moszkowicz
ZAJONC Berek 1855 D 233 Kupiski Moszk ZAJANC Leja 1859 D 25 Kupiski Berek
Here, for Isaac (b 1852), this seems to be marriage:-

KUŹNIK Ryfka 1903 D 11 70 N N Berek Leja ZAJĄC
Both the above 2 record groups could resonate with an unknown descendent or cousin because grandson Morris (Moshe) ZIANTS could very well have been named after the father of Borukh in either of the above record indexes. The time line of the second seems to match better.
Since, according to what is on the gravestone of Baruch Leib's father, Moshe - that the family was originally from Brisk, we have the following marriage from jewishgen.org:-

Baruch and Leib run down this family, but our Baruch Leib is not one of them. This could hint that these were cousins through an earlier generation.
8) From 1 above, we have Gittlel's father as Ovsei. So Baruch and Gitel might have had a son, whom they named after her father, and died as a baby:-
