Basza Leah Wiszeiski

Basza Leah Wiszeiska nee FRANK was born in Rotnica in 1895 to Efraim and Tamar. She was married to Zvi Hirsh Leib (Hersh). Prior to WWII she lived in Merecz, Lithuania. Basza was murdered in the Shoah. This information is based on a Page of Testimony (displayed on left) submitted by her nephew. (Dov Rushanski) Dov’s mother was Roza Rushanski nee FRANK so Basza Leja was Roza’s sister and Efraim and Tamar were their parents.

There is a discrepancy because Basza Leah would have been born when her parents were 57 and 56. Tamar and Tema are the same name and it's unlikely that Efraim had a second wife with the same name.
