This Beatrix has been identified as Beatrix Fitton, daughter of Thomas Fitton (1527-1570) by Margaret Leigh (1530-1579); however, no proof that this Beatrix is that Beatrix has been revealed so far. Seeing that the Fitton family was seated at four locations in Cheshire - Gawsworth, Pownall (possibly Pownall Hall), Bollin (presumably a settlement on a bank of the River Bollin), and Fallibroome (which probably has a connection to The Fallibroome Academy) - it seems unlikely that this Beatrix was a member of it. Further research is warranted.
