Benjamin Borton died in 1831 in Guernsey County, Ohio, "Benjamin and wife are buried about 1500ft west of Fletcher Church" per "300 Years of Bortons in North America" Betty M. Mann, 1979. Photo in Vol II, "We had to climb a hill on foot through brush, thistles and tall iron weed to reach the graves of Benjamin and Charity. We found an old stone with C. B. oln it, so we feel sure it was Charity's."
