Benjamin Alabado Evangelista

The son of haciendero Don Quintin Canciller Evangelista and his first wife Amalia Alabado, Benjamin Evangelista served as Capitan del Barrio of Pescadores, Candaba, Pampanga, for nearly 20 years, from 1946 to June 30, 1965. He was a member of the Evangelista Clan, a Principalia Family and one of the largest landowners in Pampanga during the Spanish Colonial Rule.

He was highly respected by the citizens of Candaba. The Honorable Benjamin Evangelista passed away in 1972.
