There is a record of a Benjamin F. Manierre being born in 1861, Troy, Rensselaer, New York, whose father was Benjamin Franklin Manierre, and whose mother was Mary Adelia DeGraw. Since BFM Sr's wife Caroline (aka Caralyn) died in 1903, this woman was apparently BFM Sr's previous wife.
