Benjamin Folsom I

"The best primary evidence on Benjamin Folsom & his descendants appears in records of Hancock Co. GA, where certain "heirs" of Benjamin Folsom gathered on 10 Feb 1812 with respect to a property settlement (Ref.: Hancock Co. GA, Court House, Book F, pg. 532). The first five people mentioned in this document, all describing themselves as "heirs of Benjamin Folsom" are William Chapman and John Wisenor of Putnam Co.; David Kelly and James Everidge of Morgan Co., and Lovett Harell of Clark Co. (all GA)."

Thus my interest in Benjamin and Jeremiah Folsom. As Benjamin Fulsom, however, died 1777, I am curious about this property settlement occuring in 1812. Does it concern the same Benjamin Fulsom or another? I have seen that Benjmain and Easter were given as having a son John and 5 daughters, unnamed. The above property settlement concerns 5 gentlemen.
