About Benjamin Oliver Gardner

Benjamin O. Gardner was born in New York in 1885. He married Augusta "Della" Davie/Flint on December 20, 1902 in Canisteo, New York. Together they had 2 children, Mildren Marion and Merle Gardner. Benjamin worked as a guard for the Erie Railroad. Benjamin and Della split after the 1920's but apparently never divorced. He died in Hornell, New York on January 21, 1956. Della died in 1943. Besides their 2 children, Benjamin left behind several grandchildren.
