Benjamin Knowlton was the son of Benjamin and Hannah Merrick, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, on 9 December 1679.[1]

Marriage

Benjamin Knolton of Springfield married Elisabeth Phelps of Northampton in 1709. Their intentions of marriage were entered in Springfield on 27 May 1709[2][3] and they were married by Col. Pattrige in Northampton on 6 July 1709[4][5], [6]. She was the daughter of William Phelps, I and Abigail (Stebbins) Phelps

4. Benjamin Knowlton Jr., Born 8 Dec 1720 in Springfield, Hampshire County, Province of Massachusetts Bay. Married Sarah Munn.

Death

Benjamin Knowlton died on 15 June 1750 in Springfield, Massachusetts, recorded as age 70. [8][9]
