Benjamin Lewes's birth is unrecorded. Otis claims he was the son of Thomas Lewes, son of George Lewes of Barnstable, without documentation.[1]
Benjamin died September 6, 1752 in Colchester, CT and is buried in Westchester Cemetery.[2][3]
