Note about his daughter Bethiah. From VR: Bethiah, and John Burnum [4th. CR4; Jonathan. int.], both of Chebacco, May 10, 1736.* Was Note he is called John Burnham IV. There was a John Burnham IV who married Ann Choate. Her father called him John Burnam (*late* of Rebaus(?)) in 1747 in his will. There are claims that he fought in the revolutionary war in Vermont. If that was the case he could not have been *late of* in 1747. So I suspect he has been mixed up with the wrong John Burnham in someone's DAR application.
